Hire Process

Making the whole process as easy as possible with flexible, out of hours, pickup and drop off times to suit all parties.

The van comes ready to go with gas, water and equipped for up to 4 people - including insurance for 30-79 year olds (subject to vetting and insurance requirements).

1. Click HERE to check the van availability. If it's free...
2. Fill our the REQUEST FORM with the required information
3. We'll confirm availability and the cost - or suggest options if the van isn't availability for your exact requirements
4. Once we have agreed the subtitle schedule and you've signed the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE we'll require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, You will then have 3 days to complete the insurance verification process - if you can't be covered then the deposit will be returned, minus a £100 admin fee. After 3 days if you can't be insured then the 50% deposit becomes un-refundable. Details about the insurance requirements and needs can be found in our terms and conditions.
5. Once insurance has been confirmed, it's time to relax and wait for your trip! Should anything change that could affect your insurance eligibility before the hire you are responsible for letting us know.
6. 8 days before the booking takes place the remaining 50% of the hire is due - If you're booking within 5 days of the hire we'll need 100% payment. Without this the booking may be cancelled with no deposit refund.
7. A £1000 cleared deposit by BACS from the drivers named bank account will be required 48 hours before your hire.
8. Collect the van as arranged on the day your hire starts and enjoy your trip!
9. Have any issues - just call or message (or let us know how much you're enjoying your trip too)!
10. On the last day of your trip return the van back as arranged.
11. Upon return of the van undamaged and in line with the terms and conditions your deposit will be refunded within 2 days (subject to bank processing times).
