The van is a 75 plate VW Transporter T7 6 speed manual which has been fully and professionally converted by Cambridge Camper Vans and sleeps up to 4 people.

We have a fully comprehensive self drive insurance policy underwritten by Allianz covering hirer's aged from 30-79, meaning we can provide a cost effective and easy solution all round. Policy conditions must be met to be eligible.

The van is located near Broxbourne, Hertfordshire and unless otherwise agreed is where you'll need to collect and return the van to. Pick ups from Broxbourne Station, or other local transport stops can be discussed as required. Timings for pickup and return will be mutually agreed - and likely outside of normal working hours due to other commitments.

We don't have dedicated parking for your vehicle whilst you're using the van. Street parking is available, but is entirely at the hire's discretion and we can't be liable for any damage or issues to your vehicle whilst on your trip.

The van is fully covered by VW up until November 2030 and details to get in touch in the unlikely event of a breakdown will be provided.

• Signed rental agreement (with confirmation of motor claims and convictions in the last 5 years).
• Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date - from all drivers).
• Online licence check for all UK drivers.
• Two proofs of address from separate sources for all drivers (All must be within 90 days, other than council tax bill)
  • Bills: Electricity / Water / Gas / Broadband or Landline / Council tax / TV licence / Mobile phone /
  • Statements: Bank / Credit card / Mortgage / Car finance / Loan
  • Government Documents: Polling card / HMRC self-assessment / tax credit / Student loan / Shotgun licence / Payslip / Property deed
• Cleared and traceable security deposit of £1000 via BACS from an account in the main drivers name who signed the rental agreement.

As long as the festival allows and you look after the van then it may be taken to a festival site.

The hire includes an aggregated mileage of 150 miles per day over the hire period. Additional mileage above this will be charged at £2 per mile. There's no refund for mileage under the allowance.

Hires within Europe are allowed - but require additional documentation and forms. An additional fee of £300 is payable for European use.
